From Rio Tinto uranium miners in Namibia meeting a life size meerkat to New York Transit workers on the East coast of America. From Toyota employees in Dallas playing their own version of Twister to Scotland’s Highland Spring taking their people for a trip to the local zoo.
It’s safe to say that our Meerkat Safety Interdependent team approach continues to cause quite a global stir.
So much so that meerkat safety campaigns led to Lendlease winning an Australian national safety award and Moypark the award for European food industry ‘s safest organisation are just two awards highlighting the impact this fun and memorable approach has.
More recently we were asked to train trainers in the Middle East oil construction industry and Avery Dennison trainers across Europe to coach their people in all things Meerkat.
