Lattitude Safety is a behavioural safety and culture change consultancy with a difference.

Founded in 2004, by former chemical industry Safety Professional Martin Woodall and Training Film Producer Rob Coyle, we quickly set about changing how safety cultures evolve through our globally popular team interdependence Meerkat Safety ™ approach. Because it’s not simply what you communicate as much as how you do it.

Our Giants Of Leadership programme won first prize at the World Congress of Safety and Health at work in Istanbul “Safety Oscars” further establishing us as people passionate about developing innovative ways to keep the workplace as healthy and safe as possible.

Today our talented team deliver our workshops globally while our off the shelf training and bespoke programmes are delivered inhouse by open minded organisations on the hunt for thought provoking and memorable ways to keep their colleagues happy healthy and safe.
